Yard Truck Driver / Bin Tender

Job Location: Biewer Lumber in Prentice, WI

Job Type: Part-time

Shift Schedule: 4:30am-4:30pm Fridays and vacation fill-ins

Salary: $21-23/hr depending on experience

** Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Yard Truck Driver / Bin Tender Job Duties: 

Raw Material Material Mixing and Intake Process

• Move semi-trailers to proper locations within the manufacturing facility
• Load shavings from overhead bins into open top trailers
• Communicate with co-workers regarding status of work flow
• Other accountabilities as required

Yard Truck Driver / Bin Tender Requirements

• No CDL required
• One to two years' experience in an industrial setting highly preferred
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination
• The ability to withstand extreme climate conditions as this position is outside
• The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and stand and sit for long periods of time
• Will need to climb up and down stairs with no fear of confined spaces or heights
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations, use basic tools, and exhibit mechanical aptitude when conducting loader maintenance
