What you'll be doing:

  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Craft and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Engage Candidates: Initiate contact with potential candidates using personalized communication, fostering interest in career opportunities at Caltrol and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support Recruitment Processes: Assist in screening and interviewing processes, aligning candidate profiles with job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Maintain Compliance: Keep candidate records up-to-date in our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Competencies: You should be capable in Relationship Building and Communicative competencies, foundational in Data Literacy, and capable in Technology Enablement. 
  • Characteristics: We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and has a keen eye for talent. A team player who is adaptable and eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.

Hiring Range

The hiring range for this part-time position is$22 to $39 per hour. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

Expected Hours:

A typical work week will be M-F, up to 20 hours per week. Extended shifts and weekends, may occasionally occur.

Physical Demands: 

This job will require significant amounts of sitting. A standing desk may be available if accommodations are required. This job requires the use of a computer and a telephone. This job is performed in a typical office setting; employee sits in an open cubicle, and as such, noise levels rise to that of other employees speaking with each other.
