Bay Aging is seeking a part-time Custodian for our Title V Job Training program in Montross, VA. Individuals 55 , currently unemployed, seeking training or on the job experience and meeting income guidelines, are eligible. This position will be focused on cleaning Bay Aging properties located in Montross, VA (Montross Office, Mill Pond, Parker Run). Pay rate: $12.00/hr. Duties include cleaning restrooms, kitchen areas-appliances, countertops and cabinets, community rooms, vacuuming and/or sweeping and mopping appropriate areas-restrooms, community rooms, hallways and offices and dusting. Participants are paid on an hourly basis up to 20 hours per week and will be placed in a part-time community service assignment to gain experience. Upon completion of training, Bay Aging will then assist in obtaining un-subsidized employment. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
