Maple Leaf Farms is Hiring a Part Time Duck Hatchery Near Warsaw, IN
PLEASE READ: This is a ONE DAY A WEEK position, it will be for Tuesday with an occasional Thursday. We average at 8 hours per day. This role makes $19.28/hr!
Working within the Sawyer Warsaw Hatchery - our associates are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Places eggs in incubator trays
- Transfers trays from incubator to hatchery and removes paper wads from between eggs to make room for hatching.
- Transfers hatched ducklings from trays to boxes and counts out prescribed number of ducklings to each box section.
- Supplies baby ducks to other workers for sexing, grading, and inspection
- Gender Selecting
- Data Entry and Processing
- Hatch Day Cleanup
