Position Details
Organizes and conducts medically prescribed Occupational Therapy program in the home that will restore function, prevent disability, and promote rehabilitation.
Provides appropriate evaluation measures to assess individual rehabilitative needs.
Provides therapeutic intervention indicated by assessment. Evaluates response and progress made during Occupational Therapy treatment.
Provide Occupational Therapy visits to patients within their home/community setting for purposes of rehabilitation treatment.
Consult with RN Case Manager, therapy clinicians or patient's physician/allowed practitioner as need warrants.
What You Offer
- Must be a graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy and be licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Minnesota or hold a temporary license and be eligible to sit for the national board under the condition that the board is passed and licensure is approved within 6 months of employment.
- Must possess good technical skills and excellent communication skills.
- Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of practices and procedures within the scope and standards of occupational therapy practice.
Work Schedule
- Part-Time, 48 hrs/pp
- Day hours: Monday-Friday
