Summary - Part-Time Land Surveyor
- Review survey technician's production to ensure compliance
- Occasional site visits within New Jersey, very rarely in Philadelphia/Connecticut (will be reimbursed per Federal rate)
- 15-20 hours per week, hybrid (2-3 days in office, 2-3 days remote)
- Must have active NJ PLS license
- 10 years survey experience
- Experience in a variety of survey types: right-of-way, boundary, ALTA/land title, topographical, layout, and as-built
- Tech savvy (advanced data collection, scanning, photogrammetry, drones etc.)
- Able to sign Surveys
