Wasatch Property Management is currently hiring for a hands-on experienced Leasing Agent to manage the leasing of apartments by providing great customer service to the Wasatch Property Management team and customers. The pay range for this position is $15-19 per hour, plus monthly bonus potential!

What you’ll do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will collaborate closely with one of our exceptional property management teams, consistently delivering outstanding service to our residents. Each day will present new and diverse challenges, demanding the ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and leverage various skills. Attentively listening to prospective residents, you will discern their individual needs, confidently provide tailored recommendations, address any concerns, and ultimately secure their commitment by skillfully navigating them through the leasing process. With a positive and vibrant energy, Leasing Consultants bring warmth to every interaction, promptly and effectively resolving apartment-related issues and ensuring everyone feels valued and welcomed.

  • Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the leasing process, helping prospective residents through the application and background process.
  • Show off our community! Schedule and conduct tours of available units.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and solve potential apartment issues.
