Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the clinic.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Must be available to work weekends.
