Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, Florida is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team! This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This position is for Sunday's from 12pm-6pm, Monday's from 4pm-8pm with the opportunity for increased hours. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a 99 year old and highly regarded family owned dealership. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales team
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Requirements:

Available to work Sunday's and Monday's
Available to fill in when needed
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Professional presentation
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
A professional appearance
