Providing adult outpatient psychiatric care to clinic populations in Old Westbury and Central Islip Health Care Centers. This includes performing initial psychiatric evaluations, follow up medication management, and coordinating care with allied mental health professionals as needed.
The candidate is required to be a board-certified adult psychiatrist, D.O. or M.D. with a current NYS License, DEA #, and hospital privilege.
