Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Bartender's/ Server's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
Experience:
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Experience working in restaurant environments is a plus
