With our continued growth, we are looking for a part time Penguin Data Administrator to join our team in the Duluth, MN area. This person will be responsible for assisting with the administration of our database management tool, Penguin Data, as well as other administrative functions as needed.

• Part Time @30 hours per week (flexed throughout the week for coverage)

Schedule as follows (between the hours of 1pm - 7pm on the days listed):

Sunday 3-5hrs

Monday 5-7hrs

Tuesday 5-7hrs

Wednesday OFF

Thursday OFF

Friday 5-7hrs

Saturday 3-5hrs

The Role

• Manage updating and removal of profiles in Penguin Data
• Daily program maintenance
• Add additional coverage for off peak hours, i.e., nights/weekends
• Assist Manager with updating and cleanup of program accesses
• Cover additional task relating to Penguin Data processes and performance currently spread out among different departments.
• Tech transfers
• Tech number changes
• Work order transfers
• Password updates
• Access updates
• Answering and communicating via email with Penguin Data Mailbox
• Coverage of any department time off
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in administrative, clerical or office support experience 
• Experience in Penguin Data or another database management tool a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate. 
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new software efficiently
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to work for prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
