Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-TimeMarriage/Couples Therapist who specializes in trauma treatment. The idealcandidate is a seasoned Licensed Therapist proficient in evidenced-basedmodalities, including Rapid Resolution Therapy, Medication-Assisted Therapy,and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The successful candidate willwork collaboratively with our team of clinical and medical experts to delivercomprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-focused therapy, effectively treating PTSD and other traumas.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical professionals to ensure holistic care for clients and their families.
• Conduct couples therapy sessions, with experience in GOTTMAN methods being advantageous.
• Utilize expertise in substance abuse treatment to support clients with co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including on-site availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional hours mid-week from home.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Therapist with a focus on trauma treatment.
• Couples therapy experience is helpful.
• Familiarity with GOTTMAN methods is a plus.
• Substance abuse treatment experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing over 100 hours of 1-to-1 therapy to clients and their families.
