We’re looking for a licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team of wellness professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, possesses a positive mindset, takes initiative to ensure the quality of our guest's experience, is a team player, and is attentive to each guest’s needs. We combine a variety of targeted and highly personalized, massage focused treatments, facials, massage techniques, body treatments and general relaxation techniques. *Including body wraps, scrubs, hydrotherapy treatments and advanced facial massage techniques.

As a Spa esthetician you'll be responsible for:
· Provide relaxing, yet effective, facial and body treatments utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
· Provide body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, and hydrotherapy – training provided.
· Maintain neatness, sanitation requirements and professionalism of the treatment rooms after each guest visit, as well as the dispensary and prep areas.
· Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols.
· Always show a positive, pleasant, and helpful attitude.
· Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in pre-determined period of time.
· Must commit to efficient time management and a self-guided shift to ensure the books are executed properly.
· Responsible for maintaining effective, five-star guest service.
· Ensure the privacy of each guest.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Prepare the table, treatment room and necessary products to perform services.
· Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate techniques that meet their needs.
· Provide added value to clients with suggestions for proper skin care, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenance.
· Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the guest.
· Build positive relationships with guests and team members to create a pleasant work environment.
· Maintain Spa room and brand standards i.e. cleaning, stocking, and adhering to all CIVANA SOP’s
· Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.
· Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
· Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
· Provide safe, effective, amazing massage therapies and body treatments.
· Create and maintain professional relationships with spa guests.
· Adhere to training given during initial employee period and quality standards set forth by the spa.
· Maintain your treatment room in a presentable manner, ensuring sanitation standards are met and it is stocked.
· Complete knowledge of all spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products offered in the spa.
· Make recommendations to clients about their skin care needs, including additional spa treatments and at-home protocols.
· Attend quarterly team meetings and training as scheduled by the spa leadership.
· Adhere to quality expectations and standards.
Qualifications:
· Licensure must comply with state and local laws and regulations.
· Completion of an Esthetics Program
· Proficiency in esthetic procedures and proper skincare
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar spa atmosphere
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
· Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
· Ability to stand for extended periods.
· Ability to work in warm, moist environments for extended periods.
· Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
· Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
· Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
