Seeking a reliable and dedicated caretaker for a private residence in Chagrin Falls to assist a mature lady with various tasks.

Yard Responsibilities:

• Spring and fall clean-up
• Edging and fertilization
• Weeding, trimming hedges, and shrubs
• Planting summer flowers
• Weekly monitoring and maintenance (excluding mowing)

Household Responsibilities:

• Handling all minor fixes and repairs
• Conducting preventative household maintenance

Requirements:

• Ability to work approximately 8 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• Experience with yard maintenance and household repairs preferred
• Reliable transportation
