SCHEDULE

• Monday: 1:30pm (or later) -10pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 7pm - 10pm

DAILY EXPECTAIONS 

• Schedule customer inbound calls 
• Connect with our existing customers via outbound calls 
• Document and update customer records based on interactions 
• Misc. activities as needed

PREFERED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES 

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, dispatching, or other related fields highly preferred 
• Experience in the home service industry preferred 
• Highly organized & able to prioritize 
• Service Titan experience a plus 
• Google sheets and Microsoft Office experience OUR MUST'S 
• Must be honest, ethical & represent the company professionally in all business matters and concerns. 
• Provide 5 star customer service -Self motivated -Positive and professional demeanor 
• Be accountable to your metrics and be willing to try new things to improve

NERDY PERKS 

• $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience
