As a Car Rental Sales Agent, you will be assisting customers with reservations and walk them through their car rental pickup process. This includes explaining terms and conditions, processing rental agreements, and upselling our additional services to enhance customers travel experience while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish), sales motivated, organized, detail-oriented and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with their car rental needs
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries promptly
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently while up-selling vehicles and additional services to the customer according to their needs
• Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, releasing security deposits and processing pending charges.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and systems
• At least six (6) months of experience in a role where sales and/or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
