WE ARE SEEKING A CLINICALLY LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL!

Part time OR Fee for Service position!

Pay: $26-$29 phr

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Master's Degree in a Human Services Field & Clinical Licensure are required.

In order for qualified candidates to be considered for this position, you must have a master's degree in related field and extensive training in all aspects of counseling. You must also have your clinical license (example LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

An immediate interview is desirable-if your qualifications match the requirements of the position!

Experience and Training: Minimum of three years' experience in the area of mental l health services for children and adolescents.

We serve children and adolescents who experience behavioral health difficulties in a variety of settings. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all components of therapy and implement change when necessary to ensure quality programming. Treatment schedule implemented to include individual counseling and family therapy as applicable.
  • Responsible for the facilitation of therapy in a variety of specific identified needs including the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan, documentation of therapeutic experience via report writing and communication with referral sources and other professionals, and to provide an atmosphere conducive to wellness.
  • Responsible for communication to Executive and Regional Leadership Team all situations effecting the well-being of the facility.
  • Manage and resolve personnel conflicts that occur within the facility and communicate to assigned supervisor.
  • Maintain a standard of childcare that adheres to DPW regulations.
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings.
  • Facilitate/oversee the development and updating of treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision/consultation to assigned therapists (if applicable).
  • Participate in the development of all therapeutic group curriculum.
  • Participate in intake interviews, ISPT’s, reauthorization and treatment/progress review meetings, and/or other assigned duties as delegated by Leadership.
  • Provide individualized diagnostic impressions to the clinical team members.
