This is a .5FTE (20hr/weeek) position.
As an integral part of the SSHCO administrative team, the Chief Medical Officer serves as a strategic leader within SSHCO and support to our collaborative partners to help attract, develop, and retain physician leaders. The CMO serves as a liaison between SSHCO and our sponsored providers while driving commitment to SSHCO’s goals of addressing healthcare inequities, enhanced patient care quality, and awareness of social determinants of health.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Local travel to healthcare organizations – safety net hospitals, health systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers — on the South Side of Chicago may be required.
