 JOB SUMMARY FOR STAFFING COORDINATOR:

We are currently seeking the professional skills of a Staffing Coordinator. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will create and manage the staffing schedule for the nursing department and all other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR STAFFING COORDINATOR:

·High School Diploma or GED

·Part-time position

·Minimum of 1 year of Health Care experience

• Effective organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient PC skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and printers
• Proficient reading, comprehension, writing, and mathematical ability
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to interact with a range of people in an open, friendly, customer-orientated manner
• Interest in working with the senior population
