Overview:

We are seeking a personable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Experience Specialist at our upscale photography studio in Punta Gorda, Florida. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, proficiency in computer skills, and flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival at the studio.
• Assist clients with check-in procedures, including preparing for sessions and gathering necessary information.
• Provide information about studio services, packages, and promotions to clients as needed.
• Coordinate with studio staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and updates using studio management software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area, as well as other areas throughout the studio.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling paperwork.
• Collaborate with photographers, assistants, and other team members to facilitate smooth studio operations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and studio management software (training will be provided if necessary).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
