The Wedding Coordinator is responsible for all day-of wedding logistics. From the moment the bride arrives until departure. Duties also include setup and decorating of venue, greeting family and vendors upon arrival, day-of rehearsal, all aspects of the ceremony, reception special events and details including vendor point-of-contact and management, departure coordination and final clean-up and breakdown of the facility. There is a full staff and the coordinator is responsible for overseeing staff and delegating tasks as needed. This position is for weekend weddings on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Shifts do rotate but must be available for all three days.
