Job description
Re-Bath is looking to hire a part-time Lead Generator. As a Lead Generator, you will be accountable for generating quality leads from within our partnership stores. There is no selling, it is only lead generation. Due to our fast growth, we are looking to add to our team.

Re-Bath is the exclusive bathroom remodeler for the TWO largest home improvement retailers in the USA. We are experiencing double digit growth and are looking to add quality people to our team. Industry experts predict bathroom remodeling will remain a high priority remodeling project for this year and beyond.

Rewards and Benefits for Lead Generator:

• Hourly - $15-$22; Part-time (depending on experience- potential Full-time opportunities in the future)

Requirements of Lead Generator:

• Energetic and engaging
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Competent computer and internet navigation skills
• Able to pass a background check
• Self-starter with a positive customer-oriented atitude
• Availability to work Friday - Sunday

Required Uniform:

• Business casual to professional attire in Re-Bath colors (red, black, white, gray, & navy blue)
• Comfortable shoes- preferably solid color
• Khaki pants, dress slacks, or skirt/dress (No Jeans!)
• Polo-style, dress shirt, or blouse (including jacket, sweater, cardigan)

Responsibilities of Lead Generator:

• Generate quality leads that turn into appointments for our in-home design consultants.
• Set up table/booth/display in-store or at an event. Materials will be provided for you.
• Provide basic product and services information to prospective customers.

Pay: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour
