Job Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at Arizona Behavioral Counseling.

Responsibilities
  • Handle phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule first appointments, and manage client files from admission to discharge.
  • Manage administrative reports related to client case files to ensure thorough documentation and compliance with judicial system requirements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with management and staff to ensure efficient operations to ensure seamless client support.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus.
