Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) at Bear Company Counseling in Omaha, NE. The therapist will be responsible for providing initial intake and diagnosis of clients who will participate in individual and family therapy. This role is focused on delivering comprehensive mental health care to our clients.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with diagnosing from the DSM-V
• Expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to relate to and understand marginalized populations
• Cultural competence and empathy in working with diverse individuals and communities
• Experience in trauma-informed care is a plus
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure or certification as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
