About the Position
The Program Support Specialist will work with Eldergrow Account Executives to support the Therapeutic Horticulture Garden (THG) Program at assigned Skilled Nursing Communities across California. This is a part-time, 20-25 hour per week position. Benefits include sick time and 8 paid holidays per year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Education and/or Experience:
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in customer service, data collection & analysis and public speaking contribute to being successful in this position. Familiarity with senior living and/or elders ideal. Moderate gardening knowledge required.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, and the ability to drive. Must successfully pass a background check applicable to the position.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and CRM experience.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 45lbs, push/pull a wheeled garden weighing approximately 400lbs. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; balance; bend and reach with hands and arms; use feet to operate foot pedal operation; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to climb step stool, sit, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to drive long distances.
