Abcor Home Health, Inc., is now hiring a reliable and service driven Part-Time Facilities and Car Fleet Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity to handle routine office and vehicle maintenance, light construction projects/repairs and office lease maintenance. Russian/Ukrainian speaking is preferred.

Hours for this position will vary between 20-25 hours per week during business hours.

This position is based out of our Arlington Heights location and will require local travel using our company vehicle to our other locations in Chicago, Rockford, Lisle and Springfield.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine and general office maintenance and repairs including:

• Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing
• Basic drywall repairs and painting
• Assemble office furniture
• Ensure daily upkeep of company vehicles, including routine vehicle service appointments
• Assist IT team with setting up office equipment and computers
• Maintain office leases
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting
• Professional and reliable
• Ability to effectively manage and follow-through on multiple projects
• Russian or Ukrainian speaking a plus
