USA Guided Tours LLC was founded in 2013 and is the top-rated sightseeing / transportation service provider in the National Capital Region. Our services, range from public and private sightseeing tours, to multi-forms of transportation.

USAGT is in search of an experienced Concierge to help grow our sales, working at our Washington DC partner hotels, providing the highest-level of customer service to their guests.

Schedule: 2pm - 7pm; Thursday - Sunday (preferred schedule)

Daily Responsibilities

• Prompt arrival at partner hotel and provide consistent, high-level customer service support
• Greet guests / visitors in a warm, friendly manner, making them feel welcome and important
• Offer assistance as requested - i.e. suggested restaurants, activity recommendations, arrange transportation, and/or tour excursions
• Document interactions and final arrangements within tracking system
• Grow knowledge to become expert on all our tours and transportation services
• Offer USA Guided Tours and Transportation Services to hotel travelers

The Ideal Candidate - Must Haves

• Minimum of 1 year experience as Concierge in a DC hotel, or in DC tourism industry (comparable experience to Responsibilities noted above)
• Well versed in Washington, DC landmarks, areas of the city, restaurants, activities, etc.
• References supporting your reliability and high-level customer service
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, and on weekends
• Exceptional observation skills and keen eye for detail
• Superb research and analytical skills
• Strong writing skills, with excellent command of the English language
• Aptitude in working with all levels of guests, visitors, staff, partners, and owners
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Innate attention to detail as well as follow-up and follow-through
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to speak other languages, a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
