Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in 2D animation, NavisWorks, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Mechanical design, CAD, draft, Revit, SolidWorks, and building systems will be crucial in producing accurate and precise drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
- Utilize CAD software to develop 2D and 3D models of structures and components
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to address design changes or modifications
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and related files
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Assist in the preparation of material lists and cost estimates

Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Sketchup, etc.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and building systems
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
