Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Telephone Representative to join our team. As a Telephone Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating sales leads. Your goal will be to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales over the phone. Duties: - Make outbound calls to potential customers using warm calling techniques - Provide information about our products or services to potential customers - Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets - Negotiate and close sales over the phone - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities - Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales - Ability to effectively communicate technical information related to our products or services - Proficient in using technology tools such as CRM systems, call center software, and Microsoft Office Suite We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
