FreshRealm Talent Acquisition Team is Hiring a Remote Sr. Manager, Operations & Integrations

Starting pay for this position is $96,200/year.Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.Sr. Manager, Operations & Integrations Responsibilities: Support the Company’s Corporate Development initiatives with an emphasis on due diligence and integration process development and reporting, execution, and financial analysis.An Operations & Integrations Senior Manager is responsible for developing, deploying, and delivering on new diligence and integration processes within FreshRealm. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, project management, process optimization, and financial analysis. This role is a pivotal position in driving value creation and growth at FreshRealm. Through comprehensive and repeatable diligence processes and effective integrations of acquired companies, operations, and capabilities, the Operations and Integrations Sr. Manager will help develop end-to-end integration processes across all functions, working with senior leadership and functional leads across the entire company. This role demands a forward-thinking professional with exceptional project management and communication skills, demonstrated process development capabilities, and strong executive presence and leadership acumen, who can effectively guide the organization through the complex and transformative initiatives. Responsibilities include: Support senior leadership in corporate development, execution and integration activities for the business.Develop and implement an objective, consistent, disciplined approach to evaluating and integrating potential acquisitions and business combinations.Work with the senior leadership team to create action plans to drive integration and value capture in the first 9 months post-close. This role will be actively involved in post-close cross functional project execution. Develop and articulate the strategic objectives and vision for the integration process. This includes creating a world-class repeatable integration playbook and optimized processes for diligence and integration execution.Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, revenue, HR, IT, and legal.Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of integration efforts and drive adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomesQualifications:Bachelor's degree required.
