Description

• Inside sales is an office position that’s focus is following up on all unconverted plumbing estimates and converting them to sold work.
• Perform outbound calls to customers to go over the estimates provided, answer any questions the customer may have, create additional options if needed, and try to close the deal.
• During the close of an estimate the inside sales rep is responsible for determining the client’s payment preference. Credit card, check, cash, and or financing. For financing the inside sales rep will need to get the customer to fill out the application, confirm approval, help gain approval, gain signatures and notice to proceed from the finance vendor, then schedule the job on the customer’s desired date.
• The inside sales rep will need to be detail oriented to keep clean notes, follow-up tabs, detailed summaries on estimates and scope of work, transparent payment types.
• The inside sales rep is responsible for setting expectations with the customer on the scope of work and our payment requirements.
• The inside sales rep must be commutative with our technicians, production coordinator team, service managers, and call center to ensure a seamless 5-star service to the customer. Communication with our overhead team is critical so we are all on the same page.
• The inside sales rep must be able to take inbound leads for customers who want pricing over the phone.
• The inside sales rep must be customer focused to make sure we provide 5-star service.
• In the event insurance breakdowns are required to close a job the inside sales rep must be able to note the price breakdowns accordingly to help the customer with their insurance provider. *This communication is to be held with the client directly, not the insurance rep.*

Requirements

• Turnkey plumbing service knowledge.

• Service titan experience.

• Great communication skills.

• Ability to greatly communicate over the phone.

• Able to sit in an office setting and constantly make calls and follow ups with customers.

• Computer savvy.

• Excel experience to create and manage tracking reports. (Not required but beneficial.)

• Trainable, coachable, open-minded person.
