Job Title: Business Development Associate / Full Desk Recruiter — HCM | HRIS Division

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate / Full Desk Recruiter for our HCM | HRIS Division. To join our team, the ideal candidate will specialize in sales of staffing and services within the the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), and VMS (Vendor Management System) / Contingent Workforce space. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-notch professionals to fuel our company's growth in this critical area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the HRIS, ATS, LMS, VMS / Contingent Workforce space.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements specific to these systems.
    • Have knowledge of the "players" in this industry, their strengths, and possess a plan on how to become their strategic partner
  2. Sourcing and Talent Identification:

    • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
    • Build a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Candidate Engagement:

    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with both technical requirements and cultural fit.
    • Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Client Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with prospective and current clients to assess their HR technology needs, challenges, and requirements
    • Provide insights into market conditions and competitive landscapes.
  5. Market Mapping:

    • Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key players, industry trends, and potential business opportunities within the HR technology space.
  6. Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
    • Utilize data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the HRIS, ATS, LMS, or VMS space.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR technology, software solutions, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
