National Dentex Labs is Hiring a Remote Inside sales account

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need.

Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex for a Inside Sale Account Specialist.

This is a hybrid position. In office at first and then transitioning to remote and in office.

The regular hours for this position are from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including : health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance;

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking to identify and engage potential small and new customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process to closure.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and production to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or inside sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of dental industry practices and terminology is a plus.

Minimum Education and Experience Required :

  • Required : BA / BS degree, or a minimum of four years of equivalent work experience.
  • Required : Minimum of one-year telephonic or field sales experience.
  • Preferred : Experience in a Customer Service or Inside Sales position.
