Exciting contract opportunity with a high-growth Fintech! Join our team as a Technical Project Manager and take charge of pivotal projects from inception to completion, utilizing your exceptional planning, organizational, and execution skills. Your primary focus will be on driving initiatives across our technology department, collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

We're seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will support day-to-day workflows and lead project plans for significant strategic initiatives alongside our CTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective project management process utilizing Atlassian tools, ensuring visibility and progress tracking.
  • Act as the central point for information, providing status reports and leading weekly meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria in alignment with marketing and company goals.
  • Keep all involved departments and individuals on track with deliverables, communicating risks, opportunities, and defining action plans to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines.
  • Clearly define project goals, stakeholders, contributors, deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
  • Understand product roadmaps for multiple engineering teams and contribute to efficiency by sharing new ideas and approaches.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to accommodate evolving requirements.
  • 4 years of professional experience as a project manager in software development teams, preferably in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, with the confidence to delegate as required while adhering to processes.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Products such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge and experience in traditional project management principles and Agile practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional companies and teams.
