Job Overview – Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
Join our client’s team as a Commercial Lines Producer and seize the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. Our client, a growing insurance agency, seeks motivated individuals with a knack for building relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions to warm leads and new business opportunities.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 bonus
Location: Hartford County, CT –Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site
Responsibilities of the Commercial Lines Insurance Producer include:
- Engage with potential client referrals and inquiries regarding commercial insurance policies and programs.
- Drive the sales cycle from initiation to closure through active listening, negotiation, and customization of insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and wholesale underwriters, leveraging online quoting systems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to understand client needs and recommend suitable coverages.
Qualifications of the Commercial Lines Insurance Producer include:
- 1-3 years of experience in P&C Insurance sales or Account Management.
- Valid Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
