Job Title General Ledger Manager Job Description Summary Daher is seeking a General Ledger Manager to join our North America Finance Shared Services Center. This position will be responsible for managing general accounting, closing and reporting (“record-to-report”) team and adherence to statutory guidelines for performing Closing & Reporting Accounting function. The process lead will manage daily operations and strategic objectives of the company’s General Accounting / record-to-report cycle. Job description Manage team of associates processing general accounting & lead the team in the day-to-day performance of the process Ensure review and posting of adjusting/correcting journals Review expense provisioning and plants wise distribution of cost entries before posting Ensure review of interdivision, intra-division reconciliation of balances and transactions Ensure the preparation account closing check list to initiate month end close process Manage period end close preparation and DAHER required reports production Maintain GL master and identify/approve new GL requirements Ensure overall compliance of RTR operations with group policies, processes and internal controls, and local guidelines Manage and handle all external and internal audits Support and administers process procedures and standards Review and analyze MIS and other business required reports Assist team in trouble shooting and decision making In case of absenteeism, should be able to perform daily transactional activities Join Daher to...
