Talent Consultant Group is Hiring a Remote Roadway/Multimodal Design Project Manager
TCG has teamed up with a growing company in Denver, CO to find a Roadway/Multimodal Design Project Manager. The firm, a privately held company, provides various services such as pre-design, roadway design, bridge design, transportation planning, and environmental planning. While this is a remote position, the candidate must be based in Colorado and possess the necessary experience and licensure for success in this role.As the Roadway/Multimodal Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of projects profitably while meeting budgets and deadlines, and exceeding quality standards. Additionally, you will play a role in the mentorship of junior designers.
Requirements• BS – Civil Engineering.• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing or serving as lead designer for transportation design projects.• Knowledge and experience with CDOT and the CDOT design process and design manuals.• Knowledge and experience (preferred but not required) with roadway design related disciplines such as drainage design, traffic engineering, and other related disciplines.• Strong communication skills.• The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.• The engineering knowledge and technical skills necessary to ensure high-quality deliverables are developed on time and on budget.• Demonstrated understanding and application of the competencies (knowledge and skill) desired of a project manager, for project team leadership and project delivery.• Demonstrated capability to guide multiple mid-sized projects of average complexity.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• PE license, or ability to obtain within three months.• Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
