MARKETING PHONE PRO CAREER OPPORTUNITY INSIGHT

You'll take inbound calls to communicate with homeowners to identify their exterior home needs, and provide solutions with our All-Weather Performance Stone Coated Metal Roofs, Performance-Driven Siding, Top-Rated Fiberglass Roofing and Xtreme Weather-Featured Windows! All homeowners receive a free inspection and/or energy analysis for their home during the free estimate!

PRO PHONE SALES CAREER OVERVIEW

Receive warm inbound calls
Identify the homeowner’s need, collect relevant info and provide solutions
Learn conversational scripts to meet a variety of customer service needs
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions in CRM
Regular pro training to maintain and sharpen pro skills and knowledge

PHONE SALES PRO QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Call Center Experience or Similar Experience Preferred - BUT NOT REQUIRED
Excellent phone AND/OR verbal communication skills
Strong active listening abilities
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
Work well under pressure
