We are seeking two litigation associates with 4-6 years of experience to work on complex business litigation matters in our San Francisco office. Qualified candidates will have excellent research skills and experience drafting pleadings, briefs and motions in state and federal court. eDiscovery and some deposition experience is preferred. The successful candidates will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team and be willing to take ownership of significant projects. The salary range for the position of 4-6 Year Associate at Nossaman is $190,000 to $225,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work).
