Overview: Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital web projects. The role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate through challenges by collaborating effectively with the Snipes team and 3 rd party vendors. Managing day to day as well as future planned engagements while helping to ensure the Quality Assurance of the website is maintained to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to run a scrum.
• Familiar with organizing a sprint board utilizing Jira and Monday.com; A plus would be SFCC Commerce Cloud & Bitbucket
• Great communication skills and precise capability to document meeting notes and put together progress reports.
• Risk management, identify risks early and take steps to mitigate.
• Time management for helping design project schedules and deadlines.
• Leadership, able to work with a team to understand all needs and how they can be best met.
• Budgeting, ability to learn and work with our technical budget around each sprint knowing how many hours we have to budget for CapEx/Managed Service projects.
• QA testing -Interacting with the developers and business users to communicate the defects using Jira, actively participating in replicating the bugs, and performing the regression testing.
• Interacting with the development, configuration, and operations team to ensure the quality of software meets user expectations. Verification of various components integration of the application and end-to-end testing execution. Participating in the design review, requirement analysis, and release note reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience of 4 years
• Experience working with a large retailer preferred
• Planning and allocation experience
• Familiarity with Omni channel systems
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
