We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lending Services Margin Associate to join our Lending Services / Operations team . This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida. Hybrid, currently 3 days a week in the office; subject to change at any time by the firm.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Collaborate with the operations teams of our clients and internal departments within Pershing
• Reporting and escalations to ensure Regulatory compliance
• Ability to multitask on a daily basis
• Willingness to train; learn the systems and regulations to excel

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Knowledge of Margin, Brokerage Operations
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred or a high school graduate
• 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in margin department operations, some brokerage back office operations and brokerage processing experience is preferred
• Experience with collaborating, problem solving, and basic accounting principles is preferred
