Position Summary:
Responsible for the management, direction, and supervision of the Financial Aid Office and is directly responsible for the administration of federal, state, institutional, and private financial aid programs.

Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in related field and minimum of five years’ experience as a Financial Aid Director. Bachelor’s degree and minimum of ten years’ experience in financial aid or related function in post-secondary education which includes three years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
People Responsibilities:
Directs employees within the Student Financial Services department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
