Sunshine Ace Hardware is Hiring a Remote Commercial Paint - Inside Sales Specialist (East Naples)
- Responsible for oversight of the commercial paint department inside sales and service functions in assigned store location
- You will introduce Sunshine® Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers.
- Meet first-time and current business customers to build relationships and learn their needs.
- Generate new internal leads.
- Provide support to B2B Account Executive (outside sales).
- Perform product research for unique and special orders.
- Establish sourcing of products from vendors.
- Monitor competition’s pricing, product assortment, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure the store remains competitive.
- Empower and involve entire store team in the B2B sales process.
- Knowledge of commercial paint ordering, sampling, product shrink and waste control measures and processes, and product receiving and transfer processes, and expense control.
- Extensive experience in commercial paint/coating sales and service.
- Experience selling in the business-to-business market.
- Must possess a competent level of commercial paint products and uses, customer service, departmental merchandising, and overall store operation competencies
- Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational ability. High attention to detail. Ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift, load and stock product including 5-gallon containers with team lift assistance to a height of 4 feet throughout the day
- Ability to exert moderate, though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, reaching, bending, pushing and pulling.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use step ladders or rolling ladder, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate to heavy weight up to 40 lbs. unassisted or team lift for items over 40 lbs.
