Our direct client is looking for a candidate that will design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions, in alignment with the organization’s roadmap, to improve the user experience, deflect cases, streamline or automate processes and improve data analytics. The individual will leverage ServiceCloud, Einstein, chatbots, Tableau CRM, flows and other features to achieve organizational goals. This position will also perform QA, root cause analysis, implement bug fixes, and provide end user support as needed.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including IT resources, vendors, business analysts, and end users
• Analyze requirements and develop design documentation, mockups, prototypes
• Deliver system enhancements through configuration changes, code updates, flows, automations
• Implement UX and UI enhancements on Salesforce communities
• Implement new features, such as Salesforce Tableau CRM, Salesforce chatbots, Salesforce Einstein
• Perform unit testing and support system, integration and user acceptance testing
• Provide production support, including user administration and issue resolution
• Support updates required by Salesforce releases

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Salesforce developer experience
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, communities portal and the Salesforce data structure
• Thorough understanding of the SDLC, including waterfall, hybrid and agile methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, development, implementation
• Experience with Lightning
• Salesforce certified developer

Preferred

• Salesforce certified administrator
• Experience integrating Salesforce and Coveo
• Experience with Copado essentials or similar product
• Experience with JIRA
