REMOTE Health Advisor - Closing of Hot Leads (client pays $167 - $361 to meet with you *no exceptions)

Our Mission/company is led by Dr. Pompa, who is ahead of his time in addressing a growing epidemic: bizarre and chronic illnesses. This is the real deal and doesn’t require “selling” the value is 100% there. Dr. Pompa has helped 10’s if not 100’s of thousands of individuals get their lives back through his own practices, and coaching of doctors from all over the country.

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Health Advisor to join our sales team. The Health Advisor will be responsible for meeting with clients as their Enrollment Coach, understanding their needs, and ensuring a good fit for the client and the business. You should be able to close programs and meet targets effortlessly if you are motivated by making an impact in the lives of others.

A passion for wellness and a heart for people will be the two characteristics needed to reach the highest level of success with us. We are looking for someone who has a personal connection and/or passion for health to truly connect to the message of what we do.

Because we are a successful start up, there is a path to leadership in 90 days.

We are very results driven and strive to bring on as many clients that fit our criteria as possible. We need to make sure they are a good fit for our program and that will provide the results that meet their goals. You are qualifying them.

To be a successful Health Advisor you must be able to create instant rapport and be able to assist our client in making the best possible decision for themselves.

*A top Health Advisor should be a good listener, self motivated, have self-awareness and effective time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete the onboarding process and education prior to accepting pre-arranged calls (2 weeks)
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identify closing opportunities
  • Conduct pre-arranged calls in 1 hour windows, and following up on leads
  • Maintain schedule of availability for 20 calls to be given a week and an 15% booked to close ratio (equates to about 3 closes a week minimum)
  • Complete call confirmations for each hot lead
  • Answering customers’ questions and sending additional information per email, as needed
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Complete company guidelines of tracking every lead and potential close
  • Attend weekly trainings and daily huddles with team manager
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Uphold company standards of communication and ethics

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2C healthcare, insurance, and/or sales experience
  • College degree or professional certification
  • Must be available full-time, it is not uncommon to have client calls occur in the evenings and some weekends
  • Must own a smartphone and a computer with Zoom capabilities, and be proficient in using them
  • Have general understanding of Google Drive forms
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent listening, conversational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to achieve targets

Compensation Range:
Job Type: Full-time/W2
Pay: $50,000 annual base pay 3% commission. If you’re hitting role minimums, you’re making $100,000/yr. Top earners have the ability to make over $200,000/yr when hitting the bonus tiers!
