Job Title: Senior ICIMS Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ICIMS Functional Consultant who is a subject matter expert in ICIMS systems administration. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the ICIMS talent acquisition platform. They will have extensive experience working with ICIMS and a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes. The Senior ICIMS Functional Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the ICIMS platform.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of the ICIMS talent acquisition platform, including system setup, workflow configuration, and data migration.
Act as a subject matter expert in ICIMS systems administration to configure all ICIMS workflow and integrations for various ICIMS modules (Connect, Recruit, Onboard).
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders based on industry standards and ICIMS capabilities.
Configure ICIMS modules, including Recruitment Marketing, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Reporting, to meet business requirements.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation process.
Develop and deliver end-user training programs and materials.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Stay informed about ICIMS product updates and new features and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed to ensure system integration and data integrity.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
