 We are looking for a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative to help take us to the next level!

 Summary/Objective

Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sells products and services, quotes jobs and projects as requested, ensures deliveries get scheduled, processes orders and special orders as needed, and supports outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhances and maintains sales and relationships with existing customer accounts. Develops relationships with and gains sales with new and current customers. Strong customer service skills.
• Primary contact with our established “House Accounts”, and calls accounts that have stopped doing business with our company and attempts to reengage them.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and communication skills. Answers telephone for sales department. Quote prices and prepares sales orders.
• Company computer applications skills (Sx, Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Works with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date, and, to investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from customer inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Performs and prepares take-offs from building plans for roofing, siding, and/or windows quotes and proposals.
