The BPO Services Specialist associate will primarily be responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and monitoring adherence to help identify process/compliance gaps, improve process efficiency, enhance quality and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance or deviations from SOPs while being a role model for the mindsets and behaviors necessary to create an environment of trust, participation, and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Effective change management implementation of process improvements

This position will report directly to the BPO Services manager and will be a key contributor to the success of the department.
