This is a direct hire position, applicants can expect to work with and manage multiple accounts, answer a high volume of phone calls, ensure that orders are properly stocked before delivery, and maintain constant communication with clients.

Responsibilities :

• Account Management
• Answering a high volume of phone calls
• Checking stock levels of inventory and following up on back orders
• Sending communications to customers and colleagues

Qualifications :

• Past Inside Sales experience is required
• Account management skills

Skills :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
• Expertise with the Microsoft Office products and ERP skills preferred
• Must be self motivated

Experience :

• Three years of experience preferred

Compensation :

$55,000 to $60,000 per year (with bonuses available quarterly)

Work Hours :

• Full time 40 hours per week
• 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday thru Friday
